In this powerful and deeply human session on family business succession, we explored a real-life story of conflict, courage, and transformation inside a family enterprise. In this case, the next generation joined the family business with commitment and ambition. However, at a critical moment, the parents decided they no longer wanted to grow the company, take risks, or continue leading it, and instead chose to sell. What followed was intense intergenerational tension, emotional conflict, dismissals and rehirings, and a fundamental clash of visions for the future.
