⭐ Role Description
We're looking for a versatile Client Success Manager to join our global team and contribute to the success of family enterprises across the Americas.
This highly strategic role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong network of high-level stakeholders and get involved in shaping the future of family businesses and offices.
💪 Responsibilities
Client Success Champion
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Americas (occasional travel required)
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored support and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and ongoing engagements, sharing best practices, insights, and content.
- Foster and grow our Client Community through the organization of in-person and online events.
- Engage with top-level families from Fortune 500 companies.
Product Advocate
- Become a product expert, helping shape the vision of our new platform generation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, helping prioritize product developments based on client feedback.
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing tech environment.
- Build data-driven insights to help refine our product strategy
💛 Qualifications
Communication & Presence
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Native/Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Enthusiastic public speaker, comfortable representing Trusted Family at events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-level stakeholders (CEOs, Chairmen/women).
Flexibility & Autonomy
- Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to flexible schedules.
- Permanent residency in the USA; able to travel internationally occasionally.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a B2B, Tech/SaaS startup/scale-up, or wealth management/family office environment.
- Passion for technology/software.
- Knowledge of the family business and family office market is a strong plus.
