Business-owning families that we know have come to value Trusted Family and I’d highlight two reasons among many: Firstly, to strengthen family cohesion and communication (and so make family disagreements less likely). Secondly, to develop better governance because family representatives, on business boards or committees, can engage much more easily with the wider family.
