Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Trusted Family, the leading communication and governance platform for family businesses and family offices. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically managing and leading business development for the US Midwest Region.

  • Construct and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for your region.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners and leading family business practitioners.
  • Own the lead generation process for your region – build excitement around the Trusted Family brand and rollout of TF 2.0 while utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator to spread the word
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement using our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Creatively demonstrate the TF 2.0 platform and create excitement for the technology and service offering
  • Drive deal flow from discovery to closed while constantly improving the sales cycle. 
  • Collaborate with senior team members across all departments (Marketing, Product & Client Success) to uncover insights and create innovative sales strategies
  • Operate as part of a global sales team, supporting and sharing best practices to drive revenue growth across all regions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct sales position with a proven track record 
  • Experience in family business and/or family office sector or fintech
  • Natural networker 
  • Passion for technology and a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Autonomous and capable of working remotely and inside a remote culture
